When FDR died on April 12th, 1945, the war was still raging in Europe and the Pacific. A watercolor portrait by Cecil Calvert Beall was the centerpiece of this poster issue during the government's final war bond campaign, called Victory Loan Drive, which ran from October 29th to December 8th, 1945.

Folded. Stored flat. No paper loss on fold lines. Tiny, tiny fold separation on two cross folds. Two small chips on top border.
