Small 1" tear in middle through both pages, but hard to see when laid flat. Small stamp (hard to see in photo, look closely) in lower right corner of "Garden Theatre" page. Stamp reads, "Dwight M. Cleveland Poster Archive" in white-ish ink. Also some minor creases on middle right when looking at blue page.
