Folded.
Small tears at the fold lines. Some missing paper at cross folds. Another small tear at top of red area. Some staining and a few extra wrinkles. This is a GREAT candidate for linen backing. A competent restorer can smooth out the folds, repair the paper loss and probably bleach out some of the staining along folds.
